Kreative people, is an event management company established in the year 1997 by Fashion Designer/ Choreographer Prasantt Ghosh with the main objectives to promote young talents of North east regions, to encourage enterprising various sectors development by holding events like exhibitions, personality developments workshops, fashion show, Flower shows, Conference, Dance, Singing Nite, Beauty pageants, Launching products show, social seminars, producing social awareness documentary films, add films  etc in the National as well as International levels.

Many aspiring Models and Fashion designers from north east India with great potential and hopes of a bright future can’t make it to the top because of lack of guidance, exposure and training. They have no guide or mentor to turn and often end up giving up their modelling and Design careers because of lack of opportunities. In Assam, Prasantt Ghosh trains people in Fashion Designing, modelling and fashion choreography to shine not only in the State platform but also shine in the national platform. He sincerely trained hundreds of models each year and helps them reach their goals in the field of fashion designing and modelling. He also conducts workshop on modelling and Fashion Designing all over India. Aspiring models who have trained under him have made it to the top of the Industry, through his vigorous training designed to bring out the best students who have been selected for many national beauty pageants such as Miss Sananda, Tilotama in Kolkata, Mr India, Gladrags and Femina Miss India. Participants of the Malestorm event, the only male beauty pageant of northeast are given training by him to help them compete in the national beauty pageant. He has trained models not only in India but also in countries like Bhutan, Srilanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.

Prasantt Ghosh is an award winning Choreographer and Fashion Designer because he had made huge contributions to the Northeast India Fashion. He gave huge scope to the upcoming models and fashion designers of Northeast India. His modeling institute is the Best Modeling Institute in Northeast India. He had choreographed more than 2000 fashion shows all over India and also in the neighbouring countries of India like Srilanka, Bhutan, Nepal and Bangladesh.
