Kreative people, is an event management company established in the year 1997 by Prasantt Ghosh with the main objectives to promote young talents of INDIA, to encourage enterprise farm sectors development by holding events like exhibitions, fashion shows, flower shows, conference, dance and singing nite, beauty pageants, launching show, social seminars, producing documentary films, add films, etc in the national as well as international levels. This group was formed with the objective of contributing vastly to the fashion and cultural scene, by holding regular fashion shows, beauty pageants, seminars, producing relevant documentary films and so on and so forth.

Many aspiring models and fashion designers of India with great potential and hopes of a bright future to make it to the top, often end up giving up their modelling and design careers because of lack of opportunities because of lack of guidance, exposure and training. They have no guide or mentor to turn or believe on. Prasantt Ghosh has been in this field from 1996 trains’ people in designing, modelling and fashion choreography to get the right opportunity in this Glamour Industry. He also conducts workshop on modelling and designing all over northeast India. Aspiring models who have trained under him have made it to the top of the industry, through his vigorous training designed to bring out the best students who have been selected for many national events such as Miss Sananda, Tilotama, Mr India, Gladrags and Femina Miss India.
Prasantt ghosh is an award winning Choreographer and Fashion Designer. He gave huge scope to the upcoming models and fashion designers of Northeast India by events like MALESTORM, NORTHEAST INTERNATIONAL FASHION WEEK etc. He had choreographed more than 2000 fashion shows all over India and also in the neighbouring countries of India like Srilanka, Bhutan, Nepal and Bangladesh.

THE MR INDIA ULTIMATE is introduce to give a significant change in the way things are perceived for married male models in this country. Kreative People under Fashion designer and Choreographer Prasantt Ghosh started it with the theme –Marriage does not end Dreams. Pageantry always is ruled primarily by women.
